How Long will delivery take once I have ordered?
Once you have ordered, we’ll email you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery.
Metro Melbourne within 4 business days.
Regional Victoria within 10 business days.
Can I receive a full refund if we are not happy?
Yes you can receive a full refund within the 100-day trial if you are not satisfied. We will arrange to collect the mattress at no charge to you in our metro areas or we can replace your mattress for a firmer or softer model or upgrade to a different model (you paying the difference) with no extra delivery charge in our metro areas. Customers outside the free delivery areas will be required to pay additional delivery charges.
Can I try the mattress in person?
Yes absolutely, you can come into our Thomastown showroom every Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm, we have the full range on display so you can try for yourself.
How does the Nicklor 100 night trial work?
We ask that you at least use the mattress for at least 14 days to allow time for your body to adjust. If after this period and to a maximum of 100 nights from the delivery date you can choose one of two options:
1. You can exchange to a different level of firmness (once only) in our metro area free of delivery charges, regional will require additional delivery charge depending on area.
2. We'll offer you a full refund within 100 days of the delivery date if for any reason you don't feel satisfied with your purchase and arrange to have your mattress collected free of charge* by a nominated charity or mattress recycling company depending on the condition of the mattress. *For regional areas and outside the free delivery areas we will require the customer to cover the cost of returning the mattress.
What happens to my used mattress if I return it?
We donate all used beds to charity if they don't have any marks or stains otherwise they are sent to recycling for responsible disposal. We will never reuse any returned beds ever, under any circumstance.
Are the Nicklor Bed Base included in the 100 night trial?
Our Bed Base is not included in the 100 Night trial.
How much is delivery?
Our delivery is Free in metro Melbourne, or you can check the delivery estimate for regional area’s during checkout.
is the Nicklor Bed base Australian made?
Yes absolutely! Our beautiful bed bases are designed and completely made here in Melbourne, strong, solid and especially designed to give maximum support for your nicklor mattress.
Are Nicklor Mattress Australian Made?
Yes our mattress and base are made in Australia to ensure high quality finish and maximum level of comfort for each mattress.
Is my Nicklor mattress rolled up in a box?
No, it's ready to sleep on immediately after the mattress has been positioned onto your bed. As all our beds have are pocket spring with foam encase for better edge support, you'll recieve safely packaged in perfect condition.
Do I need to rotate my mattress?
Yes, we recommend rotating every 6 months, to help your mattress wear more evenly and lengthen the lifespan of the mattress.
Will my current bed frame void my warranty?
As long as it’s strong enough to support yourself/partner and the mattress, then no it will not.
Does the Nicklor Base require assembly?
No it doesn’t. All base sizes come complete and fully upholstered with screw in timber feet, which can you screw in by hand, or leave off if you prefer to be lower to the floor.
What is the bed base made from?
All our bed bases are made from solid Australian timber frame, upholstered and made in Australia with screw in hardwood feet.
Will the delivery person help me take the mattress/base upstairs into my bedroom?
Yes, they will. Our delivery experts will carefully make sure your new mattress/ base is taken into your bedroom.
Can we receive delivery on the weekend?
Yes, we can also deliver on Saturday if needed. However, please check with support team on availability
What is the height of the bed base? What is it made from?
We designed the bed base to be 30 cm in height, so your nicklor mattress will sit at just the right height. All our fully upholstered bed bases are made from 100% Australian made timber frames and solid hardwood timber legs.
How do I clean my Mattress?
We recommend to spot clean with a gentle cleaner in warm water.
We also recommend a good quality mattress protector to help prolong the life of mattress.

What does my warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
-Excessive body imprints. In the general course of use, if you find the body imprint you have left on the mattress is larger than 30mm deep then we'll either fix or replace the mattress
The warranty does not cover:
-Normal body impression. A mattress has a break in period where it will conform to your body's natural contours and weight. Essentially individualising itself to you. Up to 30mm is perfectly normal and is not covered under the warranty
-Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse
-Odour (some of the materials used have a natural odour)
-Minor manufacturing anomalies e.g. a missed stitch
